Maria and Bret drove up from Detroit to meet me in Thunder Bay for their adventurous Sleeping Giant engagement. They got the idea from something I had previously posted on Instagram and we made it happen. They picked me up at the airport and we explored all day, throughout Sleeping Giant Provincial Park, at Silver Islet and at one of the longest and tallest (abandoned) trestle bridges in Canada. We forgot to eat dinner and were fading before the sun even set. I passed out in the back seat of their car and was woken up to them saying “is this the pretty light you were talking about?!” to which I shot up and yelled “IT’S TIME!”. We ran out and hiked along the 2000 ft cliffs edge to watch the setting sun and create some beautiful images.
