Backcountry camping was made better by an adventurous couple who decided they wanted to meet up with me for their Bon Echo engagement. They pulled up to the shore in a canoe, picked me up and we set off, exploring the petroglyphs on Mazinaw rock and hiking up to the lookout. The weather was glorious, despite what the weatherman had to say, and we cooled off with a dip just before sunset. The most spontaneous of sessions are always the best. I’m glad to have met Kathryn & Rob and I’m excited to capture their wedding in September.
