I first met Matti & Cess at a wedding we shot together last year. Matti is a talented cinematographer and Cess started her own gourmet catering company called Gather. Together they are an entrepreneurial force! It’s hard making new friends when you’re older, mostly because some of us are set in our ways and don’t like to break from routine. When you come across others whom you share common interests with hang onto them. Although we don’t see each other as much as we’d like, when we do, it’s as if we’d been hanging out just last week and that’s what good friendship is all about. Soon they’ll be welcoming a new addition into their family. I am honoured to have documented an intimate in home maternity shoot for them to remember this time in their lives.
