We first met Alicia & Graham last summer when we photographed Alicia’s cousin’s wedding and it was such an honour when they got in touch to document their beautiful Southampton wedding. The day was a dream: perfect summer weather, a beach ceremony & fern forest portraits. After the ceremony we drove the couple around in search of pretty locations and chased the sun into forests filled with ferns. It’s sort of becoming our thing: whisking the couple away from everyone and giving them time alone to soak it all in. The connection these two have is beautiful and being able to document it, unobtrusively and quietly in a peaceful setting was the way every portrait session should be.
